Reservation & Cancelation Policy
Reservation Policy:
A major credit card is required to reserve and hold a site. Your credit card will be charged for one nights stay at the time of reservation.
Reservations paid in full FOR ONE WEEK OR MORE at time of reservation will receive a 15 percent discount. No other discounts will apply.
Reservations for a specific lot are not guaranteed. We reserve the right to move you to the closest available lot suitable to your needs.
Every attempt will be made not to move your lot, however, the lots at the park are for sale and if the lot you reserved or occupy is sold a move may be unavoidable. We will work with you in the re-location process, but retain the final decision.
Cancelation Policy:
We require a 10 day notice when canceling a reservation. If we do not receive a 10 day notice, no refund will be issued and you will be charged for the entire length of your stay. In such event a voucher applying the amount charged to a future reservation will be issued. For the voucher to be valid, the reservation must be made within 180 days of the original reservation date.
No-shows will be charged the entire amount of the anticipated stay with no refund.
If you must leave earlier than anticipated, and have paid for your entire stay, a voucher for the balance of time will be issued to use at a later date.
Online Reservation Cancelation Policy:
Online reservations may only be canceled by calling our office.
An online reservation canceled on the same date as the original reservation will be refunded to the credit card used when making the reservation. An online reservation canceled on a subsequent date will be issued a refund by check.
