Winter Special
Book 4 nights and pay for 3 from January 2 2012 thru March 31 2012.
Must be paid in full at time of reservation and is non-refundable.
All sites include full hook-up: Water, Sewer, Electric, Premium-Cable, and Free Wi-Fi with 50 amp service.
Weekly Special
Pay for 6 nights and receive the 7th night free
Off-site Storage
We have created an off-site fenced in and fully lit storage yard for RVs on Highway 441 just south of the Dillard House, so you can bring your RV up, leave it and then, just come up on weekends and stay at River Vista or travel to the Great Smokey Mountains.
Only $1.00 per foot per month. Minimum of $30.00 per month.

Reservation & Cancellation Policy
Reservation Policy:
A major credit card is required to reserve and hold a site. Your credit card will be charged for one night at the time of reservation.
Reservations for a specific lot are not guaranteed. We reserve the right to move you to the closest available lot suitable to your needs.
Every attempt will be made not to move your lot, however, the lots at the park are for sale and if the lot you reserved or occupy is sold a move may be unavoidable. We will work with you in the re-location process, but retain the final decision.
Cancellation Policy:
No-Shows will be charged the entire amount of the anticipated stay with no refund.
We require a min. of a 10 day notice when cancelling a reservation. If we do not receive a 10 day notice, no refund will be issued and you will lose your one night deposit on the site.
If an 11 to 29 day notice is received a voucher applying the amount charged to a future reservation will be issued. for the voucher to be valid, the reservation must be made within 180 days of the original reservation date. All cancellations will be chared a 10% cancellation handling & processing fee.
If a 30 day notice in advance of you check in date, you will get a full refund by check.
Online Reservation Cancellation Policy:
Online reservations may only be canceled by calling our office.
Online reservations will follow the same process as above.
Cabins Reservation Cancellation Policy:
Cabin reservations will be the same as above with the exception that we require a 20 day notice of cancellation.
